I offer individual psychotherapy for adults combining EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and self-compassion practices. My goal as a therapist is to help you build resources and coping skills, uncover and address the root causes of anxiety, reconnect with your mind and body, and experience lasting relief. I also offer clinical supervision and consultation for social workers, supporting their professional growth, strengths, and an opportunity to continue the cycle of helping others. I enjoy working with individuals who are curious about their inner world and are ready to deepen their self-awareness and understand how their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and core beliefs are connected. Together we can explore how anxiety shows up in your life, uncover new pathways to healing, and find practices that empower you to navigate life's inevitable challenges with ease. The therapeutic process is a collaborative journey and my goal is to provide a calm, compassionate, and welcoming space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.
